Comedic actress Chelsea Handler is newly single after reportedly splitting from her longtime partner and TV boss Ted Harbert.

The "Chelsea Lately" star and Comcast executive Harbert - who is Handler's direct supervisor - have shared a home in Los Angeles for nearly three years.

However, the 34-year-old blonde has asked her partner to move out of the pad and into a nearby Hollywood hotel, reports the New York Daily News.

A spokesperson for Handler has denied requests for comment.

The broadcaster told her audience: "And by the way, Jim, Jenny wanted me to tell you - she's pregnant."
