Rihanna, Slash, and many other stars have reached out to offer their prayers to the people of Oklahoma following a devastating series of tornadoes.

Powerful tornadoes landed in Oklahoma City Monday, destroying several buildings. Currently, the death toll is over 90 people, with dozens being school children. The children were at Plaza Towers Elementary School when the storms ripped through the building.

According to reports from Washington, D.C., Mia Farrow's brother John Charles Villiers-Farrow has been arrested and charged with child sex abuse.

On Wednesday, Villiers-Farrow, 66, was taken into custody after being accused of sexually abusing several children over several years. He faces counts of perverted practice, child abuse, sex abuse of a minor and assault charges.

Television network NBC 4 in Washington says two unnamed men claim they were abused from 2000 until 2008 by Villiers-Farrow, who was their neighbor in Edgewater, MD.

Legendary author Maurice Sendak has passed away at the age of 83.

The writer, known for his best-selling children's classic Where the Wild Things Are, died in Danbury, Connecticut, on Tuesday due to complications from a recent stroke, his long-time editor Michael di Capua tells the New York Times.

Sendak penned 17 books and was also a talented illustrator, a skill which was mostly self-taught. His popular book Where the Wild Things Are was transformed into a Hollywood film in 2009.

Mia Farrow's brother has been found dead in his Vermont art gallery. The body of sculptor Patrick Farrow, 66, was discovered on Monday.

Police are investigating the matter, calling the death "suspicious."

Mia and her brother were two of seven siblings born to author John Farrow and actress Maureen O'Sullivan.

An autopsy conducted by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Burlington, Vermont, is expected to take place on Wednesday. The deceased ran the Farrow Gallery in Castleton with his wife Susan.
