I saw Ms. De Havilland this past Sunday night at a restaurant in Malibu (Terra) and she looked fantastic. I see stars all the time here in Malibu but when I saw her I was actually star struct. She is truly a movie star legend.

Olivia De Havilland has been a star for over 70 years. The last surviving member of the legendary Warner Bros stock company of players such as Bette Davis, Paul Muni, Humpphrey Bogart, James Cagney, Errol Flynn, Miss De Havilland went to Selznick International for "Gone With The Wind". She is also the last surving star of that legendary film.

A two time Oscar winner for 'To Each His Own' and 'The Heiress', Miss De Havilland made a great movie for MGM in the l960's
"The Light In Piazza" which years later was turned into a Musical on Broadway. No praise is high enough for that fine film dealing with Learning Disabilities.

As her career dimmed she made several fine films such as "Lady In A Cage" with James Caan and Ann Sothern and
"Hush Hush Sweet Charlotte" replacing Joan Crawford in "Charlotte" who fell ill and also was feuding with Bette Davis.

Miss DeHavilland worked with legendary stars such as Clark Gable, Vivien Leigh, Errol Flynn and was the rare actress to form a close friendship with Miss Davis.
Miss DeHavilland worked with James Stewart among a galaxy of stars during her heyday.

Miss DeHavilland is the sister of Oscar Winner Joan Fontaine.

Olivia DeHavilland now retired is the 2nd Oldest Oscar winner still alive; the oldest is Miss Luise Rainer.

Miss DeHavilland's sister is Oscar Winner Joan Fontaine and they are now in their 90's and yet they continue to feud. One can hope that someday soon both legendary stars will embrace.

there are no words to describe what i think about MS.DE HAVILLAND.she is a legand. i'm so intrueged by her. in the past i would see her name in credits and hear critics speak of her but at the time i was uaware of her talent as an actress. until i watched an autobiography on errol fynn. and ms. olivia spoke of mr. flynn with such grace that it made me wonder who this person actually is. then i began to read about her and her life. watched her movies that i was taken. and became a one true fan.. what i would do to have 10 minutes with ms. de havilland. that would be such an honor..
