2012 Golden Globes Fashion: Who Rocked The Red Carpet & Who Didn't?
The Golden Globes are the first big awards show of the season, and the stars came out in colorful ensembles to attend one of Hollywood's most prestigious events leading up to the Academy Awards.
There were very few fashion missteps at this year's event. "Homeland" actress Morena Baccarin wore a daring black dress that showed quite a bit of cleavage (is that appropriate?), while "Ringer" star Sarah Michelle Gellar took a chance with a blue and white tie-dyed gown (too bohemian?).

'The Descendents' & 'The Artist' Triumph At The Golden Globes (See Pics & Full List Of Winners)
Oscar favorites The Descendants and The Artist were the big winners at the Golden Globes in Los Angeles on Sunday night, picking up the top movie awards and the two Best Actor honors.
The Artist was a triple winner, in addition to Best Picture the film won for Best Actor (Jean Dujardin) and Best Original Score; while director Alexander Payne's The Descendants took home the Best Motion Picture Drama prize and a Best Actor gong for George Clooney.
There were no multiple wins for any other movie, but TV series Homeland picked up two honors for Best TV Drama and Best Actress (Claire Danes).

Whoopi Goldberg lived up to her name during a segment on chatshow "The View" after appearing to break wind in front of actress Claire Danes.
Goldberg was sat on a circular couch with her co-presenters talking to Danes, who was promoting her TV show "Homeland" earlier this week.
But Danes' interview was interrupted when a loud noise seemed to erupt from Goldberg, while the actress looked stunned.
A laughing Goldberg told the panel, "Excuse me, I think I just blew a little frog outta there!"

Claire Danes and Martha Stewart were among the honorees at the New York Women in Film and Television luncheon on Wednesday.
The pair was feted at the annual Muse Awards, which celebrates prominent film and TV personalities, along with others including actress Christine Baranski and Sony Pictures Classics co-founder Marcie Bloom.
