A.J. Cook Talks 'Criminal Minds': 'The Facade Is Going To Start
A.J. Cook previously gave us the rundown on season nine of CBS's Criminal Minds, and she was back to talk about tonight's episode, "The Forever People." It's an important episode for her character, Jennifer "J.J." Jareau, who finally has to face some of the emotions she's been repressing since she was kidnapped in the show's 200th episode last season.

"It's coming up on her year anniversary with the abduction in episode 200, and all that craziness that went down," she told us. "[J.J.]'s been suppressing and pushing down all these feelings and emotions for about a year. And you can only do ...

A.J. Cook Previews 'Criminal Minds' Season Finale
Criminal Minds has put viewers on the edge of our seats again with its season finale. In last week's part one of two, multiple members of the BAU team were injured in a shootout, and one character is rumored to be leaving the series in tonight's conclusion, "Demons." To get the dish on the season-ender, BFTV checked back in with A.J. Cook, who plays agent Jennifer "J.J." Jareau, after she spoke with us for the season premiere back in September.

While you're biting your nails waiting to see who survives, A.J. said she too gets nervous when it comes time for the season finale. "Absolutely. A...

Criminal Minds
Since it airs on the same network as NCIS and CSI, you'd be forgiven for not recognizing what a juggernaut Criminal Minds is. The serial killer-hunting drama returns tonight for its ninth season, and longtime cast member A.J. Cook - who plays Special Agent Jennifer "J.J." Jareau - joined BFTV last week to preview the opening episodes and discuss how the pull-no-punches procedural has stayed on the air for about three times as long as most shows.

"I feel like our viewers have really come to love these characters," she theorized, "and I feel like our show is not overly publicized, so I think...

A.J. Cook
Fans of hit TV show Criminal Minds have launched an online campaign to have cast member A.J. Cook reinstated after network bosses decided not to renew her contract for another season.

The actress has reportedly been axed from the crime drama after five years, with a source telling she has been dropped for "creative reasons".

However, devotees are not happy about her exit and more than 12,000 fans have signed a petition calling for executives at CBS to reverse the decision. Cook has now thanked fans for their devotion with a post on her page, writing, "Your kind w...

Some Of The Best 'Final Destination' Death Scenes

8/28/2009 9:45am EDT
The Final Destination
The original idea for Final Destination came from Jeffrey Reddick and it was originally intended for the "X-Files." This makes a certain kind of sense, since the idea of people cheating death and then death trying to get them back does feel like a case that can be wrapped up in a single hour long episode. There is a certain "The Twilight Zone" feel to the story as well, and this may be why the original film was considered a pretty interesting horror plot. There is no exact 'villain' in it, and it's more about sitting back and watch a group of pretty young people try not to get viciously kil...
