Rebecca Cartwright was born July 23, 1983, in Sydney, Australia, where she first started acting in some 50 TV commercials. Her first big break came in 1999 in the soap opera "Home and Away." In 2004, she won the Australian version of "Dancing with the Stars." The actress married tennis star Lleyton Hewitt and lives in Palm Beach where "Home and Away" is filmed.
