As "Nip/Tuck" nears the end of its season, loose ends are beginning to come together as the characters are seemingly preparing for Christian's (Julian McMahon) death. But as we all know you can't have "Nip/Tuck" without Christian.

Liz's mother comes to visit to help with wedding preparations and to talk to Christian. She asks him if he's gay, still surprised that her daughter is getting married to a man, and not just any man, a man that "still has his looks."

"Nip/Tuck" took an emotional turn in the latest episode, a change from the usual style of the show. Nip/Tuck actress Kelly Carlson blames Christopher Reeve for the horse-jumping accident that left the actor paralyzed in 1995. Reeve, the star of four Superman movies between 1978 and 1987, died in 2004 from complications arising from the accident.
