Whatever Happened To The Cast Of Mean Girls?

June 14th, 2014 2:00pm EDT
Mean Girls
Who knew that when "Mean Girls" made its debut in 2004 the impact it would have worldwide on teens, their parents and those who just love a good chuckle? The screenplay was written by Tina Fey and was based in part on Rosalind Wiseman's non-fiction book "Queen Bees and Wannabes." Every school has a pack of girls who believe their way is the best and dissuade outsiders from attempting to break into their cliques. As in many John Hughes films, the film has a female protagonist who in the end is the one person who can unite the un-uniteable. Today, the film continues to be a favorite of tween ...

Emma Roberts wore this droopy, trash-bag-like dress. The cinch in the waist makes the top look even worse, folding over itself.

Ke$ha can’t quite pull of...

Celebrities That Turn 30 in 2012
It's hard to believe for many of us the 1982 was 30 years ago. In that year, Ronald Reagan was President, Joe Montana was the Superbowl XVI MVP and the space shuttle Columbia made its first mission.

In movies, E.T., Tootsie and Gandhi ruled the box office while Chariots of Fire took best picture at the Academy Awards that year. Also taking home Oscar gold for best actor and actress in 1982 respectively were Katharine Hepburn and Henry Fonda for On Golden Pond. In music Michael Jackson released Thriller which sold more than 25 million copies, becoming the biggest selling album in history.

There May Be Cracks, But The Comedy Glass Ceiling Still Exists For Women

March 14th, 2008 3:00pm EDT
Parker Posey
In this town (Los Angeles) and this industry (entertainment), there are a handful of strong, intelligent, funny women who - once they finally broke onto the radar - have worked consistently in equally strong, intelligent, funny roles.

After reading this month's "Who Says Women Aren't Funny" issue of Vanity Fair, it is impossible not to notice just how many beyond the current "it" girls of comedy were left off that list (which included funnygirls such as Tina Fey, Sarah Silverman and Amy Poehler). This is an attempt to rectify that and garner them the recognition they so rightly dese...

In early 2008, Cloverfield, a creature feature, set the world record for highest grossing January premiere of all time. Manhattan was destroyed, millions perished, and through it all we heard the voice of TJ Miller. Starpulse caught up with the man behind the shaky cam to talk about life, death, and people, making it rele...
