Tracey E. Bregman Biography
Soap opera actress Tracey Elizabeth Bregman was born May 29, 1963, in Munich, Germany, and spent most of her childhood in London, England. She moved to Southern California as an adolescent and studied acting at The Strasberg Institute and American National Academy of Theater Arts before launching a successful career in daytime drama.
During the 1980s she played Donna Temple Craig on "Days of Our Lives" and signed on for "The Young and the Restless" in 1983 as Lauren Fenimore Baldwin.
She later reprised the character in a different soap, "The Bold and the Beautiful."
Tracey began playing the role of Sarah, who is a double for her character Lauren on Y&R, in 2010; and she has also made appearances in TV series such as "Fame," "The Love Boat" and "The Fall Guy." She also appeared in slasher film "Happy Birthday To Me" (1981) and prison drama "The Concrete Jungle" (1982).
The actress, who has her own yoga-inspired clothing line and jewelry collection, married Ronald Recht in 1987 and divorced him in 2010. They have two sons, Austin and Landon.
