On this day in 1983, this girl walked thru the doors @cbsdaytime for the first time, thinking I would just be there thru the summer. I have loved and been grateful for every day, every year, every storyline and everybody I have had the great honor to work with. I look forward to the future with the amazing @youngandrestlesscbs and everyone who works on the show in front of and behind the camera. You are truly extraordinary! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

It is with great sadness that I tell you that Wes Kenney, the Exec producer who gave me my break on Days of our Lives when I was 14 and then drove into my driveway years later when he had become EP at The Young and the Restless and asked me if I wanted to do a soap again, has passed away. He is the reason I started this great journey, he is the reason I hear, "Pace and Vitality!" in my ear all the time. He was a great producer and great friend. I will miss him terribly.
