Darien, CT, native Alexandra_Breckenridge (also frequently billed as Alex_Breckenridge) took an interest in the stage as a youngster and moved to Southern California to pursue acting during early adolescence. Breckenridge's initial assignments largely consisted of guest roles on programs including Freaks and Geeks and Dawson's_Creek, though she branched out into feature work in 1999 (at the age of 17) with a turn in the independently produced comedy Locust Valley, and thereafter alternated between additional acting work in Hollywood features and contributions to high-profile network series.
