Superstars Tom Cruise and Madonna were movie bosses' first choices for the lead roles in iconic 1990 mafia movie "Goodfellas."

Studio chiefs were desperate to cast Cruise in the role of mobster Henry Hill and Madonna was wanted to play his wife - until Ray Liotta and Lorraine Bracco won over director Martin Scorsese and the movie's producers.

It has been a long and arduous journey for Eli Stone this season - both the character and the series. The character of Eli (Jonny Lee Miller) has had to deal with visions from God, a deadly aneurysm, and a complete change of lifestyle; while the series struggled with inconsistency early on. Although things for Eli the character have continued to be murky in recent weeks, "Eli Stone" the series has greatly improved in the second half of its season. All of that has lead to the season finale, which is without a doubt the strongest episode in the series thus far.

ABC Family's 10th annual 25 Days of Christmas will begin tomorrow morning and run through December 25th, with over 200 hours of holiday programming.

Included in the programming are two ABC Family Original Movies – "Holiday in Handcuffs" starring Melissa Joan Hart and Mario Lopez and "Snowglobe" starring Christina Milian and Lorraine Bracco.

ABC Family will also host the basic cable premiere of the hit animated film The Incredibles.
