Actress Samaire Armstrong is set to cause trouble for Adam Brody and Rachel Bilson's characters when she returns to The O.C. this year (06). The blonde actress played Anna Stern in the first season of the hit Fox drama and fought Bilson's Summer Roberts character for the attention of nerdy Seth Cohen.
