LOS ANGELES (AP) - Mr. Blackwell, the acerbic designer whose annual worst-dressed list skewered the fashion felonies of celebrities from Zsa Zsa Gabor to Britney Spears, has died. He was 86.

Lohan will play the unruly daughter of a 1920s Memphis, Tennessee, plantation owner who passes her down-and-out boyfriend off as a well-to-do suitor in "The Loss Of A Teardrop Diamond."

Clint Eastwood has been presented with the Founders Award from the Motion Picture and Television Fund Golden Boot committee for his contributions to Western movies. The screen veteran, who has previously received the Golden Boot for his acting achievements, is the second director to win the Founders Award after filmmaker John Ford.
