Mark Wahlberg is packing on the pounds - of muscle, that is. The actor is bulking up to play a bodybuilder in the film "Pain And Gain," which he's currently filming in Miami, Florida.

He hit the beach on Wednesday with his wife and two kids, Brendan and Ella Rae. For the last couple of weeks photographers have snapped the star on set and on the beach, showing off his muscled torso and arms.

His wife seems to be a good sport about Mark's amazing physique, which garners a lot of attention. Yesterday two very excited teenagers gushingly shook his hand and cheered afterwards.

Mark Wahlberg certainly knows how to have fun on the holidays. We spotted the actor swimming with his son Brendan in Miami, Fla., after the family spent their morning attending an Easter service at church.

Wahlberg showed off his incredible body as he swung around his son in the breaking waves. The actor also relaxed on a lounge chair with his wife Rhea Durham and their daughter Grace Margaret.

When you look at Mark Wahlberg you think he's in really good shape. He obviously works out and has good sized muscles. Then you put six-foot five-inch Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson next to him, and Mark (5' 8") looks like a really small guy.

Wahlberg and Johnson are currently filming "Pain and Gain" in Miami. The film centers on two bodybuilders who get caught up in an extortion ring and a kidnapping scheme that goes terribly wrong. The film is set for release in 2013.
