Following the horrifying bomb blasts during the Boston Marathon, Ben Affleck and a number of other celebrities have reached out to fellow Massachusetts natives to lend their support, thoughts and prayers.

Two explosions ripped through the Boylston Street area of Boston on Monday; three people died and more than 140 were injured.

Affleck, who grew up in Cambridge, wrote on Facebook:  "Such a senseless and tragic day. My family and I send our love to our beloved and resilient Boston."

Donnie Wahlberg hopes his Blue Bloods co-star Jennifer Esposito can resolve her feud with TV bosses soon so she can return to the crime drama.

The Latina beauty, who played series regular Jackie Curatola, was suspended from the series after asking executives at TV network CBS to cut back her shooting schedule after she collapsed on set.

New Kids On The Block star Donnie Wahlberg is a single man once more - his divorce has been finalized in a California court.

The singer/actor 41 wed Kim Fey in 1999 and filed for divorce in August 2008, citing "irreconcilable differences".

A judge in Simi Valley signed off on their legal separation last week after the former couple reached an out-of-court settlement.

Wahlberg and Fey will share custody of their two sons, Xavier, 17, and nine-year-old Elijah.
