Vince Vaughn has spoken out after the promotional trailer for his new comedy The Dilemma was criticized over the use of the word "gay".

Newsman Anderson Cooper led protests over Vaughn's line, "Ladies and gentlemen, electric cars... are gay," when he appeared on Ellen DeGeneres' talk show earlier this month. Cooper argued that the pejorative use of the world should be eliminated, especially in light of a recent spate of gay teen suicides across America.

The backlash led to movie bosses at Universal Pictures promising to replace the trailer with a new one, and now Vaughn has waded into t...

Aniston, who was once a promising leading lady, has become a punch line for moviegoers who are as likely to expect good movies from her as they are a decent stand-up act from Carrot Top.

There was a time when Hollywood and fans expected great things from Aniston who was riding high from the success of “Friends.” Aniston’s only real quality films have been the few independent movies she did early in her career. Without argument, “The G...

Model Suing 'Couples Retreat' Producers Loses

July 10th, 2010 7:11pm EDT
Couples Retreat
A bizarre defamation suit against the producers of Vince Vaughn comedy "Couples Retreat" has been thrown out of court in New York.

Former model Irina Krupnik claimed a snap of her in a bikini, used by one of the film's characters as a sexual aid, is actually a shot she sold to a picture agency in 2001.

In her suit, filed in March, Krupnik insisted she would never have allowed the "commonplace swimwear ad" to be used as "softcore pornography" - and she claimed the film was ruining her reputation.

But NBC Universal bosses maintained they had the rights to use the photo.

And a Manhattan ju...

In his upcoming film "Tooth Fairy," Dwayne Johnson plays an intimidating hockey player who is punished for his senseless behavior and transformed into a tooth fairy. That's right, a tooth fairy. This is a far cry from the old days when Dwayne Johnson played a wrestling character who was brash, cocky, and laid the smack down on any WWE wrestler that crossed his path. Johnson has gone from being "The Rock" to now wearing a tutu like Tinker Bell. This new movie role doesn't sit well with some fans who have been following Johnson since his WWE days. Valentine's Day is a time for couples to celebrate the love they have for one another via heart-shaped boxes of chocolates and teddy bears with "I love you" written on the tummies. It is also the most exclusionary of the holiday lineup, giving the shaft to all those table-for-one people.

For most couples, Valentine's Day declarat...

Hopes for 2010
It's a new year, and it's time to dump the Top Ten lists and look forward to the things we hope to see in the near future. What do we want to see more of? What do we want to see end? Who do we want to see naked? The questions are endless, so here goes:

I hope Megan Fox reconsiders her "no nudity on camera" stance. Halle Berry showed frontal in Swordfish, then did an explicit sex scene in Monster's Ball, and then she got an Oscar. Just saying.

I hope Lost doesn't fall into its disturbingly common habit of making absolutely no sense for episodes at a time. I also hope the finale is rev...
