I have to admit that he has a great acting career.I want to wish him luck in his future,

I think Dick VanDyke is one of the most brilliant and influential comedic actors in TV and movies in the last 50 years. His physicality, timing, inflection and style can be seen in both Mary Tyler Moore and Michael J. Fox, among many others, and he really deserves some kind of lifetime achievement award for the above--as well as for his intuitive and authentic dramatic work. He's also quite "ador-ador-adorable," and has a smile that could lift anyone's spirit. That's what I think. Thank you for asking!

Dick VanDyke is and forever will be my hero. I fell in love with him when I was little, watching Mary Poppins, Bye,Bye Birdie and re-runs of the Mary Tyler Moore show.
Only when I was 7 did I realize that he was much older now, and not doing a whole lot of musical acting anymore.
I'm only 17, and although that's the age I should be idolizing Zac Efron and Brad Pitt (I guess), I can't think of any better person to look to for a role-model!
Being a young actress is hard, but when I look at Dick VanDyke's work, it just gives me even more motivation to keep trying!
Plus.even at his age he is quite the looker!
(Is that creepy? A 17-year-old finding a man in his 80's classically handsome? Bah, what do I care?)
