8 Action Stars Over Sixty We Want For 'Expendables 4'

August 15th, 2014 10:00am EDT
Expendables 3
This weekend marks the opening of our third "Expendables" film. Yes it leaked online weeks ago, but that's small potatoes.

No minor setback could hinder Sylvester Stallone's box office take, not when he's in a film so inundated with action stars that each one has roughly 4.2 seconds of screen time (at which point they have their choice of high-fiving Stallone, casually ignoring an explosion or shooting an intern dressed in SWAT gear, before being hurriedly shuffled off-screen).

It is our firm belief that "The Expendables" should continue for at least seven more sequels, enough that Stallo...

14 Beloved Celebrities Who Have Been In Jail
Nobody's perfect, but it may surprise you to learn some the world's most beloved celebrities have spent time in jail.

Mark Wahlberg is a blockbuster star loved by many now, but in his teens he was a very trouble young man. A drug-addled Wahlberg had dozens of run-ins with the law by the time he was in his teens, but the most serious charge against him came after he attacked two Vietnamese men while shouting racial epithets, leaving one of them permanently blind in one eye. Wahlberg served 45 days behind bars for assault.

Tim Allen is known for family-friend fare like Home Improvement...

Machete Kills
Even though he’s been featured in a ton of cool and tasty flicks over the years, the seasoned Danny Trejo has become synonymous with one large knife wielding grindhouse character – Machete.  From the mind of Latin filmmaker Robert Rodriguez and featuring the sullen work of a magnetic Trejo, the "Machete" series has become as well known as apple pie.  On the eve of the release of the latest savory outing entitled "Machete Kills" (out Jan. 21 from Universal Studios Home Entertainment), which has the likes of Amber Heard, Cuba Gooding Jr. and even Carlos Estevez aka Charlie Sheen as of all thi...

The Los Angeles premiere of "Machete Kills" was chock full of celebrities on Wednesday night. No matter what she wears, Sofia Vergara always looks good. The "Modern Family" star stepped out in a sheer black beaded floor-length gown.

The actress/ model famously wears a gun-wielding bra in the film.

In the film, the U.S. government recruits Machete (Danny Trejo) for a seemingly impossible task to fight his way through Mexico to stop a dangerous cartel leader and an eccentric billionaire arms dealer who has a plan for global anarchy. Charlie Sheen plays the president and Mel Gibson plays the...

It’s been joked that the Internet acted as casting director for Sylvester Stallone’s muscle and explosion symphony The Expendables.
