Exclusive: 'Haywire's' Gina Carano On MMA, Soderbergh And 'Fast And Furious 6'

Beauty is nothing new for a leading lady, but add a healthy dose of lethal to the mix and you’ve got uniquely killer combination. With her equally exquisite loveliness and fast moving fists, former MMA fighter Gina Carano has both qualities in spades – so much so that famed director Steven Soderbergh cast her as the striking lead in his new film. Hitting Blu-ray on May 1 from Lionsgate Home Entertainment, "Haywire" has Carano playing a black-ops agent double-crossed and looking for a little vengeance. We’re celebrating Soderbergh’s return to his roots with a cool Blu-ray review, but firs...

April 24th, 2012 7:07pm EDT
G.I. Joe
The new trailer for G.I. Joe: Retaliation has been released online via Machinima, and it has more action than the first peek we got months ago. That said, there are some moments we wanted to break down.

Where's Duke? Channing Tatum had a starring role in the first film, but he is nowhere to be seen after the first moments. Did the writers go all-out and kill off a star, or are they keeping Duke's possible survival under wraps?

Political Cycle: The evil Zartan has become the President, thanks to some handy shape shifting capabilities. The trailer is wrought with strong political messagin...

A Red Headed Rooney Mara Is Nearly Unrecognizable On 'Bitter Pill' Set (Photos)

April 10th, 2012 2:00pm EDT
Rooney Mara in Bitter Pill
We spotted Rooney Mara on the set of her new film "The Bitter Pill" in New York City today. The actress looks completely different than she has in recent months with long red hair.

Last year she dyed and chopped off her brown hair to film "The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo." She ended up keeping the sharp, sophisticated look. We think the long red hair softens her features and makes her look younger.

Steven Soderbergh directs the psychological thriller starring Mara as a woman who turns to drugs in order to deal with her husband (Channing Tatum) being released from jail. Jude Law also star...

10 Fun Facts About The Original '21 Jump Street'

March 15th, 2012 11:00am EDT
21 Jump Street Cast
As part of Hollywood's neverending pillaging of the TV landscape of my youth, the big-screen reboot of "21 Jump Street" hits theaters this Friday. Having been a huge fan of the show, I was opposed to the film from the get-go. However, after hearing that most (if not all) of the main cast members have cameos, and that the movie has very little in common with the series aside from the title and basic premise, I'm not so dead set against it. Besides, if it does well, there's a good chance that some network will start airing reruns of the original show, allowing me to rekindle my once-raging cr...
