With DVR "To Do" lists rapidly shrinking as most shows head into reruns and no new episodes in sight, it might seem like there's nothing to watch.

Due to the State of the Union Address on Monday, Jan. 28, "Welcome To The Captain" (formerly known as "The Captain") and "The New Adventures Of Old Christine" will now premiere on Monday, Feb. 4.

MSN announced that beginning today episodes of the Emmy award-winning comedy Arrested Development will be streamed on demand on MSN Video and at no cost to viewers. The first five episodes are available today at arresteddevelopment.msn.com and, starting Dec. 15, three new episodes will be added every three weeks. All 53 episodes from the three seasons of the show will be rolled out within the next year.

John Lithgow's new TV sitcom 20 Good Years has been cancelled after just two episodes. The comedy, starring Lithgow and Jeffrey Tambor as ageing New Yorkers, failed to find favor with viewers. The show will be pulled from network NBC after its November 8 episode.

30 Rock centers on a comic (Tracy Morgan), who stars in a late-night comedy show called "The Girlie Show." Tina Fey stars at the head writer who works hard to keep her job as well as her sanity as she deals with the network and the stars. (NBC, 8 p.m. ET).

NBC today announced plans to stream full episodes of its new fall primetime shows on nbc.com for free. The ad-supported model will allow viewers to watch episodes of their favorite shows on NBC 24/7, NBC Universal's video player that will re-launch on October 1 with a new enhanced high-resolution, large-format version.

Charlie Sheen, Martin Sheen, Candice Bergen, Ray Liotta, Simon Cowell, Jeffrey Tambor, John Lithgow and Bob Newhart have been confirmed as presenters for the "58th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards." This will be the first time that the Sheens will present together at the Emmy Awards. Cowell will also be at the helm of the telecast's special tribute to Dick Clark.

Fox Entertainment Group, MSN, HDNet and G4 just announced that America's funniest dysfunctional family will get a second shot at enduring fame with the complete three-seasons (53 episodes) of the award-winning comedy, Arrested Development available soon online, on hi-def TV and on basic cable.
