Bam Margera Released From Hospital After Baseball Bat Incident

"Jackass" star Bam Margera has been released from hospital after he was allegedly attacked with a baseball bat in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Police were called to the TV wildman's The Note bar in West Chester, Philadelphia, when a fight broke out between Margera and an unknown female.

Margera is said to have been struck with the bat and newly-released photographs, published on TMZ.com, show the star strapped to a stretcher with his head encased in a brace.

He was taken to a nearby hospital and treated in the intensive care unit, according to his "Jackass" co-star Steve-O.

Debi Mazar has joined the list of Dancing With The Stars casualties after tearing a muscle in her neck. The actress was taken to hospital after the TV show's premiere on Tuesday night and is now sporting a neck brace.

In a Twitter.com post to fans, Mazar writes, "I'm okay - torn muscle in neck to chest! Foxtrot... cruel and sadistic."

The actress also attached a photo of herself wearing the neck brace.

TV stuntman Steve-O has been diagnosed with a hematoma after taking a nasty tumble while rehearsing for TV show Dancing With The Stars.

The Jackass star fell on his microphone pack while trying to perfect a somersault during Monday's dress rehearsal for the show, and was rushed to hospital.

He was still under medical supervision when the show went live, forcing him to miss a dance-off with partner Lacey Schwimmer.
