Incarcerated actor Wesley Snipes is facing new legal problems - a credit card company has filed a lawsuit against the star for allegedly failing to pay a $29,343.03 bill.

The Blade star, who is currently serving a three-year sentence for tax evasion, is now being accused of neglecting to settle up his debts with American Express before beginning his term.
