Mamma Mia! star Stellan Skarsgard's son was once thrown out of a Hollywood party for using a taboo word as a term of endearment while welcoming a fellow guest.

The Thor star is refusing to name the child that uttered the expletive, but admits he had no problem with his young son's foul mouth.

The father-of-eight was asked about the use of the 'C' word at the beginning of his new film Nymphomaniac in an interview with WENN and revealed, "One of my sons was at a party in Los Angeles and he said (to) someone in a very endearing European way... Censors in Romania have reversed their decision to ban the second installment of Lars Von Trier's controversial new movie Nymphomaniac amid a drama which has cost the president of the nation's film rating commission his job.

The unnamed executive lost his title after labelling the Danish filmmaker's two-part project pornographic and agreeing that the movie was not fit for cinemagoers.

The film's Romanian distributors at Independenta Film appealed the decision and learned that the movie is now back on the release schedule for 7 February (14) as planned, with an 18-plus rating.

Mamma Mia! star Stellan Skarsgard is close to signing on to Kenneth Branagh's Cinderella blockbuster, joining a cast that features Cate Blanchett and Helena Bonham Carter.

The Scandinavian star is in talks to play the king's adviser in the ambitious live-action adaptation of the beloved fairytale, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Lily James will play the title character in the film, to be directed by Branagh, and Game of Thrones hunk Richard Madden has been cast as the story's Prince.

The Swedish star's wife Megan Everett gave birth to the couple's second child in Stockholm on Friday.

The Avengers star has six other kids - including True Blood and Straw Dogs star Alexander - from his 30-year marriage to doctor My Skarsgard.

The actor wed Everett in 2009 and their first child, Ossian, was born in April, 2009.

Mamma Mia! star Stellan Skarsgard has reportedly tied the knot with his girlfriend in his native Sweden.

The actor married Megan Everett on January 12th at the city hall in Nacka, a suburb of Stockholm, according to Swedish publication Aftonbladet.

Skarsgard is said to have flown to Los Angeles shortly after the nuptials to complete filming on The Da Vinci Code sequel Angels & Demons with co-stars Tom Hanks and Ewan McGregor.

The star has six children from a previous marriage that ended in 2007.
