Fans of the long-running soap opera General_Hospital and its 1997 spin-off, Port_Charles, will instantly recognize Kin Shriner as Scotty Baldwin, a character he has been playing since 1977. His work on the show has earned Shriner several Daytime Emmy nominations and soap opera awards. Shriner has also appeared on the series Texas (1980-1982) and Rituals (1984-1985). He made his feature film debut in Garry_Marshall's soap opera spoof Young Doctors in Love (1982). His subsequent film career has been sporadic.
