The news that Danny DeVito, 67, and Rhea Perlman, 64, split after a staggering 30 years together shocked fans around the world this morning. The couple, who have three children together, met after Rhea saw the actor in a play in 1971. They got married in 1982.

The film itself is one of the best this year; definitely worth watching. It impressively handles a dark subject like cancer by making light of it with humor. To label “50/50” as a straight comedy though is disrespectful to what a poignant story it is, because it also remains sensitive to immense difficulty of coping with such a serious disease.

"Inhale" directed by award winning filmmaker, Baltasar Kormakur stars Dermot Mulroney, who risks everything to get his daughter, Chloe (Mia Stallard) a much needed lung transplant. The wonderful, Diane Kruger plays Chloe's mother. Rounding out the cast is is Sam Shepherd, Rosanna Arquette, Vincent Perez and Jordi Molla. 'Inhale' takes us through the dark, ugly and at times, deadly world of organ trafficking. How far would you go to obtain an organ for your dying child? That's the question you're left with as you leave the theater.

I saw last week’s action film “Red” starring Bruce Willis, Mary-Louise Parker, Morgan Freeman, John Malkovich, Helen Mirren, and Brian Cox. While it’s not the most exciting in terms of special effects, the cast of the movie alone more than makes up for it.
