American actor Ivan Sergei was born on May 7, 1972, in Hawthorne, NJ. His first major role was in John Woo's 1996 film "Once a Thief," and he returned to be in the television version of the film the following year. Sergei also had roles on "Dangerous Minds," "The Opposite of Sex" and "10.5" and guest starred on "Touch By an Angel," "Cybill" and "Party of Five." He is best known for his TV series with Amanda Peet in "Jack and Jill."
