The legendary actress, whose daughter Eva Amurri Martino is expecting a baby girl with husband Kyle, is reluctant for her very first grandchild to refer to her by a traditional moniker and will encourage the tot to call her 'Honey' instead.

'Jacob's Ladder' Remake In The Works

Tim Robbins' cult horror film Jacob's Ladder is set for a remake, 23 years after its release.

The 1990 movie was directed by Adrian Lyne and starred Robbins as a Vietnam War veteran who suffered from bizarre hallucinations.

It grossed just $1 million more than its $25 million budget upon its U.S. release, but it gained cult status among film fans thanks to a clever twist ending.

Producers are now looking to revamp the thriller for modern audiences and have hired The Midnight Meat Train scriptwriter Jeff Buhler to adapt the story, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Actress Susan Sarandon has confirmed reports suggesting she's dating her young business partner Jonathon Bricklin.

The Dead Man Walking star, who ended her 23-year relationship with Tim Robbins in 2009, fuelled rumors of a blossoming romance with her Spin table tennis club partner Bricklin in April, 2010, when the couple attended a New York film screening.

Hollywood star Tim Robbins joined a march in New York on Wednesday to boost a campaign against social inequality.

The Oscar-winning actor was part of the Occupy Wall Street rally in Manhattan where protesters have been speaking out against corporate greed.

Robbins mingled with thousands of demonstrators and praised their dedication to the cause by staging the march, which ended in a protest outside the federal courthouse in Foley Square.

The "Contagion" victim must be feeling all better, as she's signed on to appear in the sex addiction comedy, "Thanks For Sharing," according to Variety.

Tim Robbins and Peter Sarsgaard have joined the cast of Ryan Reynolds' comic book-to-movie adaptation of "The Green Lantern" - as father and son.

Robbins will play Senator Hammond in the new Martin Campbell film and Sarsgaard his villainous son, Dr. Hector Hammond.

Based on the DC Comics stories, filming will begin in New Orleans, Louisiana in March, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Reynolds will play Hal Jordan (aka The Green Lantern) in the movie.

The cast also includes Blake Lively, Jackie Earle Haley and Brit Mark Strong.

Susan Sarandon's representative has dismissed rumors the actress has embarked on a romance with a man 32 years her junior following her split from long term partner Tim Robbins.

"The Lovely Bones" star announced on Wednesday she had parted ways with actor Robbins over the summer, after 23 years together.
