NEW YORK (AP) - Reality TV personalities Heidi and Spencer Pratt say they want to branch out from MTV's "The Hills" and star in their own reality show.

Reality TV star Stephanie Pratt has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI) in Hollywood. The 23-year-old star of The Hills was stopped by police at 3:45 am
