The producer suing Casey Affleck for sexual harassment has been accused of withholding "key production documents" from her bosses while trying to negotiate a higher salary, according to new legal filings.

Affleck is being sued for $2 million by Amanda White, a producer on his documentary "I'm Still Here," which follows actor Joaquin Phoenix's attempts to launch a rap career.

In a new court submission, Affleck's attorney Marty Singer claims White refused to hand over important paperwork until her contract was finalized, describing her move as "extortionate."

Film Company Buys Into Joaquin Phoenix Documentary
Remember in 2008 when Joaquin Phoenix seemed to go off the deep end? He announced his retirement from acting on his knuckles, launched a rap career and grew a pretty awesome looking homeless man beard.

Apparently Magnolia Pictures has acquired the film "I'm Still Here: The Lost Year Of Joaquin Phoenix" which was filmed and directed by brother in law Casey Affleck. The film will hit theaters on September 10 of this year with plans to go wide the following week.

A representative for Joaquin Phoenix has shot down reports the star is preparing to return to the big screen as Edgar Allen Poe.

Slumdog Millionaire sound designer Resul Pookutty claimed earlier this week that Phoenix was tuning his back on his newfound rap career to head back to filmmaking.

He told India's Mumbai Mirror the star had signed up to play iconic American writer and poet Poe in an upcoming movie.

But Pookutty's claims have been dismissed by Phoenix's rep, who tells GossipCop.com the star will not be appearing in the picture.
