Matthew Goode Slams 'Leap Year'

February 24th, 2010 11:53am EST
Matthew Goode
Matthew Goode has slammed his new movie Leap Year as "turgid" - insisting the Amy Adams movie will be labeled "the worst film of 2010." The Brit plays the Enchanted star's love interest in the new romantic comedy, which tells the story of an American woman traveling to Dublin, Ireland to propose to her boyfriend on February 29th during a leap year.

However, Goode insists he only took the role because the shoot was filming on location close to his home in Britain.

He says, "It's turgid. I just know that there are a lot of people who will say it is the worst film of 2010. (The location) wa...

Picture this: There's nothing on network so Mom or Pop finds a movie on a premium channel or slides in a DVD from the local video store. Everything's fine until two actors start a simulated bump-n-grind in 53 unavoidable inches of high def skin on parade.

The room gets quiet. Your face gets hot. You do your best not to look at anyone else while your insides curdle and you long to be anywhere but in that room. Sound familiar? Whether your 15 or 50, watching certain subject matter with your elders can equal sheer mortification; with that in mind, we've compiled a list of twenty films too a...

Colin Farrell
There’s something undeniably sexy about an Irish accent. Add celebrity into the mix, and you have a pretty powerful combination. Here are some of the Irish actors whose charisma, talent and lilting speech have made them favorites among moviegoers and TV fans:

When you think "Irish actor," Colin Farrell immediately comes to mind. A reformed bad boy who reportedly dated Britney Spears and made an infamous sex tape with former girlfriend and Playboy model Nicole Narain, Farrell has altered his priorities in the past few years.

Brad Pitt
Today's cinemaphiles have yet to come to terms with the career of one Brad Pitt. Dismissed by most as a Hollywood tabloid star, few have openly included him in the category "Best Leading Men Of All Time" where he deserves to be.

He is so great that his performances in films like Snatch (2000), Ocean's 11 (2001) and Ocean's Twelve (2004) and 12 Monkeys (1995) d...
