Good news "Psych" fans, the wait is over! Your favorite fake psychic Shawn (James Roday) and his faithful wingman Gus (Dule Hill), return with their hilarious and unique brand of detective work, when the fourth season of "Psych" premieres on Friday, August 7 at 10 PM ET on the USA Network.

Actor David Naughton has served time in jail after pleading guilty to domestic battery. The American Werewolf In London star was arrested in Henderson, Nevada on January 28 after an argument with his wife.

According to the police report obtained by TMZ.com, Naughton was arrested for "domestic battery, first offense..."

The 57-year-old was sentenced to 30 days in jail, although 28 days were suspended. Naughton served one day when he was arrested in January, and a second on Monday.
