Glee
"Glee" creator Ryan Murphy has confirmed reports three of his stars will be departing the show after they graduate next year.

Murphy tells The Hollywood Reporter, "We made that decision and I involved Chris and Lea and they thought that was a good idea. They both trust the writing and trust me and felt that it would be great to have an open and closed experience for them to go out while they were on ...

The current cast of "Glee" including Lea Michele and Cory Monteith will be replaced in 2012.

The musical TV hit, set in a high school, has taken the world by storm since it first aired in 2009, and has made stars of castmembers including Michele, Monteith, Chris Colfer and Dianna Agron.

But to maintain the series' realism, creator Ryan Murphy has decided the current class should graduate in 2012 and leave the show for good.

In an interview on Ryan Seacrest's radio show, he says, "That is true. I don't think of it in terms of eliminating or replacing. Because I think the thing about this ...

Murphy is not revealing who the cast will cover for his Glee movie, but he tells The Hollywood Reporter, "We'll make a two-hour television movie out of it.

Coming into “The Rocky Horror Glee Show,” my expectations were not particularly high. My familiarity with the source material began and ended with the iconic singing red lips and in general, I’m not a huge fan of “the Halloween episode.” I just don’t look forward to that week when shows decide to ignore every story arc they’ve set up just to put their characters into some stylized parody of a horror movie. Therefore, I was thrilled to see that this week’s installment of “Glee” actually felt more like an episode of “Glee” than an unintentionally rocky, well… horror show.
