Rapper Snoop Dogg is teaming up with Britney Spears' one-time big screen boyfriend, Anson Mount, for a new horror movie, which will premiere at the upcoming L.A. Film Festival in California. The star plays host to a trio of blood-soaked terror tales involving the residents of an inner city neighborhood, whose actions in this life determine their destination in the next.

NBC is the first network to premiere a new series on the iTunes Music Store before it airs on broadcast television. ITunes customers will be able to download the entire episode of “Conviction” free of charge beginning February 21, ten days before the series' March 3 debut.

NBC will introduce several new mid-season series and welcome back other hits following the closing day ceremonies of the 2006 Winter Olympics beginning Feb. 27 with the reprise of the smash "Deal or No Deal" followed by the series premieres of "Conviction" (March 3), "Heist" (March 22) and "Teachers" (April 6).

NBC’s new legal drama "Conviction" begins production this week in New York City, with Stephanie March joining the cast as bureau chief Alexandra Cabot, along with Eric Balfour, Anson Mount, Jordan Bridges, Julianne Nicholson, Milena Govich and J. August Richards.
