American movie, television and stage actor Paul McCrane was born on January 19, 1961, in Philadelphia, Penn. After his acting education at HB Studios in New York, he was in many theater productions in 1977: he had roles in "Landscape of the Body" and "Runaways" and later in 1985 he co-starred in a Broadway production of "The Iceman Cometh." Paul had several roles in the popular movies "Rocky II," "Robocop" and "The Shawshank Redemption" and had the television roles of Dr. Herb Barton in "Champs," Dr. Robert Romano on the hospital drama "ER," and Graham on the terrorist series "24." Paul is a gifted musician and songwriter and plays the guitar and piano. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife Dana Kellin and their two children.
