My disable husband and I were on a rescue foundation waiting list to obtain a service animal for over five years. Finally, three years ago, a puppy mill was raided in Houston, TX & we received the sickest & ugliest of a mix breed Chihuaha/Fox Terrier. He had crusted ears, worms, no shots, underfed & infantile mange. He was so pathetic looking my husband & I didn't know if we would be able to care for him. Well, he looked like one of those hairless cats that win World's Ugliest competitions I told my hubby he looked like a Cheecharone - a dried up little pork rind. We did take care of him & my Good Lord he has been the cutest, loyal, loving & protective little 8 lb mutt I've ever seen. He alerts me when hubby is getting ready to have a seizure & protects him as if he were King Tut. Since we took good care of him & he takes good care of us we had to refer to him as Cheech instead of his birthname, because we believe he is just as adorable & honest as Cheech Marin. Yeah, hubby is a big fan of Nash Bridges - I'm a big fan of Cheech & Chong!

I met Cheech and Tommy Chong at the Gymnase Club at Port Maillot in Paris, France in the 1980's. I had recently seen one of their first movies. I was surprised at Cheech's intelligence and confidence. Tommy Chong invited me to one of his parties in the 16th district in Paris. They decided to join a more exclusive club in Paris and moved out of my economic bracket. I found both of them down to earth and friendly.
I met one of the famous Warners at Tommy's party. The dwarf like one that plays in movies as the bad guy. When I met him he repeated his name twice so that I would know that he was from the famous Hollywood family? Interesting... Come over for a visit...south France now.

he cracked me up i loved all the cheech & chong movies the are all good movies i still watch them when i get down in the dumps the bring me back to life .
