In the early 1970s,
Michael Douglas starred in the crime drama
The Streets of San Francisco. It was entirely filmed in and around the San Francisco Bay area.
Karl Malden and Michael Douglas respectively starred as hard-nosed veteran SFPD homicide detective Mike Stone and his idealistic 28-year-old partner, Inspector Steve Keller. Season one, part one is now on DVD. Also in stores:
