Writer's Viewpoint: A Visit To 'Inside The Actor's Studio' With Josh Brolin

Having said that, it should come to no one's surprise that I did not think twice when given the chance to attend a taping of "Inside the Actor's Studio" and be in the presence of Mr. Lipton once again (I had once seen him walk by me at a New York Mets game. Although I do hold out hope, I doubt he remembers me.)

He says, "This was when I was very very young, living in Paris, penniless, unable to get any kind of working permit... I had a friend who worked in what is called the Milieu, which is that world and she suggested to me one night, `Look, you'll be my meck... We would translate it perhaps.....
