NBC unveils the Fall 2008 series premiere dates for new programs and returning favorites including a three-hour launch of the hit drama "Heroes"

NBC has picked up the freshman dramas "Chuck" (Mondays, 8-9 p.m. ET) and "Life" (Wednesdays, 10-11 p.m. ET) for nine more episodes -- or the balance of the 2007-08 season -- it was announced by Ben Silverman, Co-Chairman, NBC Entertainment and Universal Media Studios.

Wu-Tang Clan have canceled the remainder of their 2007 dates as band member Ghostface Killah feuds with his mates over a scheduling issue.

NBC launches its season premieres the week of September 24. The hot-selling Nintendo DS will make its motion picture debut in the upcoming teen spy thriller Stormbreaker. Nintendo has signed an agreement with the film's producers that will turn the Nintendo DS into the ultimate spy gadget. Stormbreaker is based on the first in the popular Alex Rider series of books by Anthony Horowitz, which have sold more than 10 million copies worldwide.
