| They showed a very faded copy of The Diamond Queen on the UK tv today with Fernando. Watching it, I hoped that it exists in good prints, because Fernando has masses of charm and personality in this film. It would be a great pity if this and his other films were to be lost, because then people would miss the unexpected experience of suddenly being captivated for a few moments by someone who had an almost magical combination of entrancing looks, smile, and voice. I had not seen one of his films for years. I think he deserves to be better remembered in this country. | ||

| Does anyone remeber Mr LAmas having an album where he did a play and he was the star but the owner of the album got to be a part of the play because it came with a play booklet and you got to read the other parts. | ||

| I first saw Mr. Lamas in his first American film and to this date The Merry Widow is one of my favorite movies. I think he is still one of the most sexiest men. I also loved his singing voice. I saw a movie many years ago. I think he was a stable hand and he was working in a stable and started to sing. Could you tell me what it was. Also are they going to release Rose Marie? Thanks | ||
