10 Shows Netflix Should Revive

May 23rd, 2013 2:30pm EDT
Netflix
Netflix revived the Bluth family, so we thought we'd share a list of 10 other shows worth reviving.

1. Terriers

FX's barely watched drama about two private investigators was at times gut-wrenching, heart-warming, nostalgic, regretful, beautiful, poignant sad, moving. Terriers told the story of Hank and Britt, an ex-cop and a soon-to-be ex-thief. FX's president John Landgraf couldn't justify a renewal due to the pitiful season 1 numbers. The series hasn't enjoyed post-series success because the DVDs haven't been released. The series finale is essentially perfect for the series, but I'd lov...

Shia LaBeouf
Shia LaBeouf's latest directorial project is a dark and gory music video for electronic duo Future Unlimited.

In the video, LaBeouf's reported girlfriend Mia Goth plays a battered wife who takes revenge on her husband (Future Unlimited's David Miller) by poisoning his food. After he coughs up blood all over the dinner table, Goth's character slowly unravels to the point where she ends up burning her infant child in a fire.

As Goth's character undulates to the music, it becomes clear she's missing an arm.  In a flashback, Miller towers over a crumpled Goth and chops off her arm with an axe...

The feud between the 26-year-old Transformers star and the 55-year-old former 30 Rock actor is reportedly heating up as Shia is holding a grudge against Alec, who he believes may have gotten him fired from the Broadway production Orphans.

A source close to the young actor told gossip website RadarOnline.com: "Shia just can't let this one go, he's disgusted with Alec for getting him axed from 'Orphans'. He would never dream of whining to a director about a co-stars' performance, which he genuinely believes Alec did.

"Shia think...

Who Are The 10 Worst Celebrity Drivers?

Bad Celebrity Drivers
Most celebrities can afford to hire someone to drive for them, but instead they choose to drive for themselves; especially the younger, party-happy starlets like Amanda Bynes and Lindsay Lohan who think DUIs don't apply to them.

Amanda Bynes

The star of such innocent films as Big Fat Liar, She's the Man and Hairspray isn't so innocent when it comes to getting behind the wheel.

2012 alone has been a bad year for Amanda and any steering wheel she touches.

In March Amanda was pulled over for talking on her cell phone. He took her license and registration, walked back to his car to start wr...

Shia LaBeouf Took Acid For New Role; Won't Stop There

August 29th, 2012 10:20am EDT
Shia LaBeouf
Shia LaBeouf will stop at nothing to get into character for the roles he takes.

Two weeks ago the Transformers star said he's tired of starring in big-budget action flicks and plans on focusing on lower budget and indie films and playing more interesting characters.

Shia recently explained that he signed on to star in director Lars Von Trier's upcoming, sure-to-be controversial film "Nymphomaniac". The role calls for him to have unsimulated sex in some of the scenes, something he's willing to do, but also has him "terrified."

"He's [Von Trier] the most dangerous dude that I've ever showe...

Shia LaBeouf
Shia LaBeouf will perform real sex acts on screen for director Lars Von Trier's explicit new movie "Nymphomaniac," and the actor has come forward to defend his decision to do it.

The film centers on a young woman's sex life, and LaBeouf had in-depth discussions with the controversial filmmaker as he prepares to have real sex for the racy scenes.

"There are rules. I have ethics, I'm not completely out of my mind. But I don't think there's anything wrong with sex. Sex is beautiful if it's done right. And I wouldn't just do it for no reason... Sex is different than love, and there is a separ...

Shia LaBeouf's Role In Lars Von Trier's 'Nymphomaniac' Calls For Unsimulated Sex Scenes

August 18th, 2012 1:30pm EDT

Shia LaBeouf is preparing himself for a controversial role in a new film from legendary director Lars Von Trier.

The Transformers star is set to bare all -- and more -- in Nymphomaniac, the story of a young woman's promiscuous love life which is set to be filmed with unsimulated sex scenes.

The prospect of working with Von Trier is something exciting for LaBeouf, who told the Hollywood Reporter earlier this week that he wants to concentrate on low-budget films instead of blockbusters for now.

"There's no room for being a visionary in the studio system. It literally cannot exist," he tell...

August 16th, 2012 9:25am EDT
Shia LaBeouf
Shia LaBeouf is sick of making blockbuster films, admitting he felt restrained on the sets of the three big-budget "Transformers" films.

In a candid new interview with The Hollywood Reporter, LaBeouf explains he'd like to make good quality, low-budget independent films.

He explained, "There's no room for being a visionary in the studio system. It literally cannot exist. You give Terrence Malick a movie like Transformers, and he's f**ked. There's no way for him to exist in that world."

And LaBeouf insists he much prefers working with independent film companies and executives who don't hav...

He weighed in at 180 pounds when the cameras began to roll and LaBeouf admits his physical transformation was aided by the fact that The Dark Knight Rises villain agreed to drop a few pounds too, so they would "level out" with their other movie brother, Jason Clar...
