X-Men star Hugh Jackman is set to go from comic book character to comic book creator after teaming up with screenwriter Marc Guggenheim for a new sci-fi thriller. The Aussie actor, who plays Wolverine in the X-Men films and is currently reprising the hairy character in a spin-off movie, has developed a new series for Virgin Comics, called "Nowhere Man."

Late actor Heath Ledger was tired and "a little depressed" the day before he died, according to acclaimed author Deepak Chopra. Chopra spoke to Ledger on January 21 and recalls the Australian movie star was upset that he hadn't seen his two-year-old daughter, Matilda, for a while.

Heath Ledger made director pal Shekhar Kapur promise to wake him up just hours before he is believed to have taken a fatal drug overdose. Ledger, 28, was found dead in his New York apartment on Tuesday afternoon.
