Kenny Johnson Biography
Born: October 26, 1942
American actor and former champion arm wrestler Kenny Johnson was born on July 13, 1963, in New Haven, Connecticut, and was raised on a 40-acre farm in Vermont. Kenny started his career modeling and doing commercials; the first was starring in a LA Gear ad. His first television appearance was the role of detective Curtis 'Lemonhead' Lemansky on the award winning FX series "The Shield." This led to the part of spiky haired pilot Lt. Butch 'Burner' Barnes on the action/adventure series "Pensacola: Wings of Gold," and the recurring role as drug counselor Joseph on the crime drama "Cold Case." He also made sitcom appearances on "Grace Under Fire," "Caroline in the City" and "Sliders." On a personal note, Kenny married Cathleen Oveson on December 21, 2005.
