'The Bachelorette': When Will Kaitlyn Reveal Her Big Sex Secret?

June 30th, 2015 6:31am EDT
'The Bachelorette' Recap: Will Kaitlyn Tell The Other Guys She H
Where did we last leave The Bachelorette? Oh, right. Shawn was miffed about not getting a group date rose (despite Kaitlyn cooing that he was totally the one in San Antonio), and stormed up to our Bachelorette's hotel room to confront her about it.

The confrontation? Surprisingly non-confrontational. Kaitlyn and Shawn both tiptoe around their real feelings and let their ooey gooey hormones do the talking. A bunch of mush like "I like you more than anyone" and "I'm falling in love with you." Also, ample frenching.

Shawn: Mmm… *kiss* *grope* (translation: I'M UNCOMFORTABLE OTHER MEN)

'The Bachelorette': Which Contestant Did Kaitlyn Have Sex With?

The Bachelorette
Can I say something? I totally predicted that Nick would be the one to um… "plow" Kaitlyn's "field." Saw that one coming the moment he stepped onto the show.

Ok, minor gloat moment aside. Shall we begin this week's The Bachelorette?

When we last left Kaitlyn and the gang, she was being berated by Ian for being "shallow" and "surface level" and just on The Bachelorette "to make out with a bunch of dudes on TV." That may be true (let's be honest here, people), but Ian still comes off like a massive tool.

He went to Princeton, you guys. He's here for love, not fart jokes and poop jokes and ...

'The Bachelorette' Recap: More Sumo Wrestling Buttcrack Than You
When we last left "The Bachelorette," (just once I'd like to see an episode actually end with a rose ceremony), an alcohol-soaked Kupah had just been eliminated. He was also screaming incoherently with his face six inches from the camera guy's.

This week, Kaitlyn (also, everyone) hears Kupah's elimination-howls and heads out to defuse the situation. She does, although his yes, ma'am-ish reply is weird and kid-like. Ditto for grumbling she's ugly, I never liked her anyway as soon as Kaitlyn's back is turned.

But Kupah is ushered into his elimination limo and the night can continue. Which i...

Did Britt Nilsson Make A Love Connection Even Though She's Not 'The Bachelorette'?

May 23rd, 2015 3:44pm EDT
Britt Nilsson and Brady Toops
Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe may be going on to film an entire season of the hit ABC show, but it sounds like the real winner was Britt Nilsson, who was voted off the show after one episode, thanks to a new twist.

The 11th season of the show began with the bachelors having to choose between Kaitlyn and Britt, but one of them, Brady Toops, couldn't get Britt out of his head after it was revealed that Kaitlyn was the unanimous choice.

Toops took host Chris Harrison aside and told him that he wasn't interested in pursuing Kaitlyn on the show, and instead asked about the hotel where Britt wa...

New 'Bachelorette' Chosen, Was It Britt or Kaitlyn?

'The Bachelorette' Recap: Kaitlyn Bristowe Is Crowned Bacheloret
We ended Monday's half of "The Bachelorette's" season premiere on a big dumb cliffhanger. Chris Harrison was about to reveal the next Bachelorette. But he didn't. Because cliffhangers.

The second of two "Bachelorette" premieres cuts right to the chase: who's getting that tearful limo ride back to normal human civilization - Britt or Kaitlyn?

It's actually pretty tactful. Chris approaches Britt. He informs her that her horde of potential husbands has chosen Kaitlyn, not her (smart choice, husband horde). She's upset, but she accepts her fate. Once again, an ABC intern is called to sop up t...

'Bachelor In Paradise' Season 1 Finale Recap: Two Couples Reign Supreme, One Has A Gross Hulk Fetish

September 9th, 2014 9:19am EDT
'Bachelor In Paradise' Season 1 Finale Recap: Two Couples Reign
The time has come for the final two hour chunk of "Bachelor in Paradise." Six couples enter. Anywhere from zero to six couples leave.

And, as promised last week by Chris Harrison, there'll be a shocking twist, which is necessary because there are no more elimination rounds and we need something to keep these two hours going.

So now, "Bachelor in Paradise," we beseech you. What's the twist? What could it be?

Harrison steps in front of the camera to deliver the shocking revelation (all caps added for shocking emphasis on our part):

"No more date cards!

No more new arrivals!

No more rose...

'Bachelor In Paradise' Recap: Jesse's Goodbye - Or, Love Amongst The Bat Guano

September 2nd, 2014 8:57am EDT
Bachelor in Paradise
Can you believe we've only got one week left of "Bachelor in Paradise?" Take some time and allow yourself to adjust. It's tough, we know.

After next week, there's not going to be any "Bachelor"-related material until January. That long streak that began in May with "The Bachelorette" and continued through this kinda-ok-at-times Mexican spin-off, is nearly dead.

For now, let's just suck the last drops of life from its brittle, dying husk (a husk-sucking hosted by Chris Harrison, of course).

Last week in Paradise, our our lovable, Macklemore-esque Cody told his island girlfriend Michelle h...

Yesterday was tough. Night sweats. Day sweats Full-body, uncontrollable itching. And all because we had to wait another day to find out if Graham actually accepted AshLee's rose (note: if you actually suffered symptoms because you had to wait a day for more "Bachelor in Paradise," please call an ambulance. And then a good psychotherapist).

But at long last, the wait is over. AshLee said those fateful words: "Graham, will you accept this rose?"

And Graham took a minute to think it over, then fled the stage at full speed. And when we pick up tonight, Graham's still fleeing. And sweating. Re...

'Bachelor in Paradise' Recap: Cody/Macklemore is a Sweetheart, AshLee is a Dangerous Nutcase

August 26th, 2014 8:40am EDT
Bachelor in Paradise
Is anyone drawing up a flowchart for "Bachelor in Paradise?" Because this is a show that needs ample flowcharting. It's difficult enough that our kooky tropical dating show is a hefty two hours long, but it's near impossible to keep track of the many love triangles, love quadrangles, and love parallelograms that have cropped up among our many Paradisers.

Example: Michelle likes Robert, but Robert likes Sarah- oh, and Graham is, like, totally into Michelle, even if Graham has been going steady with AshLee this WHOLE TIME, and then Cody shows up and puts the moves on Michelle but now Kalon ...

'Bachelor In Paradise' Recap: Chris And Elise Fall For Each Other, In The Creepiest Way Possible

'Bachelor In Paradise' Recap: Chris And Elise Fall For Each Othe
Here's how you know the last episode of "Bachelor in Paradise" was the greatest thing to happen in the history of people acting foolish on reality TV: after the usual "last time on 'Bachelor in Paradise'" recap, detailing the walking barrel of pyschosis that is Elise, we get a second recap, courtesy of the remaining contestants.

Because Dylan dumping Elise- who then assumed the act of being dumped was a secret code for "I love you madly, please stalk me"- was so compelling that ABC thinks the "Bachelor in Paradise" audience will gladly watch it at least three times.

They're totally right,...

'Bachelor In Paradise' Episode 2 Recap: Love In The Face Of Over
Whenever Chris Harrison comes out at the beginning of any "Bachelor"- based television show, you know it's about to get real. He wouldn't be interrupting this carefully planned sob-and-make-out-fest unless there was a serious truth bomb that needed deploying.

But last night's bomb might actually be the greatest piece of drama that "The Bachelor/ette/Pad/in Paradise" has ever achieved. And it was entirely accidental and probably cost a guy his job.

You'll remember that last week, Michelle K was playing things weirdly coy about her relationship status, but with all the subtlety of a sledge...

"The Bachelorette" is over, and those who've clung desperately to the love life of Andi Dorfman may have been pained to see her say goodbye to TV.

But never fear! That's what "Bachelor in Paradise" is for- to reunite us with past "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" loves, and also to ensure that ABC never lets a Monday slip by without two hours of something with the word "Bachelor" in it.

But what is "Bachelor in Paradise?" Who knows? The series doesn't begin with by detailing the rules of the game; instead, it plops former failed "Bachelor" and "Bachelorette" contestants on a tropical paradise...

'The Bachelorette' After The Final Rose: Was Nick A Jerk, Or Was Andi? Andi, Probably

July 29th, 2014 10:45pm EDT
'The Bachelorette' After The Final Rose: Was Nick A Jerk, Or Was
Like any season of "The Bachelorette," we're not over until all three hours of finale have been painfully worked through.

And hour three begins with a broken, sluggish, post-breakup Nick. It's a sad time to be a (former) reality show contestant, and "The Bachelorette" conveys Nick's sadness with roughly a jillion shots of Nick, looking forlornly across various views of scenic somethings.

Although, learning of Nick's post-dump backstory is pretty neat. Did you know he was at "The Men Tell All?" And yet, because of Andi's powerful shunning techniques, he was not able to Tell All? For once, ...

It is time: "The Bachelorette" has come to and end. It's a sad day for us at home, because no longer can we guilty pleasure-binge on Andi Dorfman and her search for TV-quality romance. But it's a happy day for Andi, as she'll finally settle down with one of the two predetermined men of her dreams. Also sad for us at home (again), because Bachelorette finales clock in at three full hours and they're mostly filler.

Oh, and don't forget the other eliminated Bacheloretteers, like Bryan, Chris or Cody. They're here too, being forced to watch the woman they once loved, making out with and being...

'The Bachelorette' Season 10, The Men Tell All Recap: TV Ultraso
In proud Bachelorette tradition, it's time to postpone the finale everyone's dying to see (although it would take almost no effort to google "Andi Dorfman" and figure out which guy she picked- the finale was taped weeks ago) for a block of pure, uncut filler.

Yes, it's "The Men Tell All," which is another of those awkward moments when Chris Harrison grinds the show to a halt to talk things through with the Bachelor or Bachelorette. Only, it's two hours long, it continually cuts to a crowd of emotion-hungry women (plus two dudes, for diversity quotas), and it ends with blooper bonus footage...

'The Bachelorette' Season 10 Episode 9 Recap: Nick and Josh Get
As "The Bachelorette" begins the march to its final rose, Andi and her triumvirate of manflesh visit the parts of the Dominican Republic not wracked by horrific poverty. As is customary when picking a single specimen from your manharem, Andi reviews each potential mate by his strengths and weaknesses.

Josh's best feature is his personality, which is an odd way of pronouncing "sports," but whatever. His dark hair sets Andi's soul afire, and his personality is playful. But Josh is the type of guy Andi always falls for, and what's the point of finding love on reality TV if you end up with a l...

'Bachelorette' Host Chris Harrison Defends Show's Decision To Include Eric Hill's Death In Latest Episode

July 8th, 2014 7:32pm EDT
Chris Harrison
Producers of hit ABC reality series The Bachelorette were faced with the dilemma of how they should address the tragic death of contestant Eric Hill shortly after he was cast off the show by star Andi Dorfman.

Hill died on April 23 of injuries from a paragliding accident he had three days earlier in Utah, when his parachute collapsed, and at the time there were four remaining suitors left vying for Andi's affection, and someone had to break the news to them.

"Bachelorette" host Chris Harrison explained to TV Guide's Robyn Ross how that happened, saying that after his appearance on talk sh...

Once more, "The Bachelorette" continues the longtime tradition of meeting your boyfriend's family for the first time, as he proclaims, "Hi Mom! This is the woman I met on TV who I'm now going to marry, so long as I make it through the next three elimination rounds." Ahh, true love.

Nick is first, because of course Nick is first. He and Andi travel around his hometown of Waukesha, Wisconsin and taste a beer named after these two lucky lovers. For Nick's sake, let's hope that was just a gag label and that there aren't fifty cases of "Nick and Andi Lager" sitting in his garage. Andi, meanwhil...

As Bachelorette Andi and the men who follow her every footstep continue on to Brussels, the tension has upped dramatically. Six men enter, four men leave- and those four men have the privilege of showing Andi off to their closest family members. Not surprisingly, the men are all chirping on various versions of the great "L" word. Many of them also wear fashionable scarves. Because of tension.

And this week, the first one-on-one recipient is Marcus. The two of them stroll around Brussels, just taking in the culture. No rose, no stress, no drama- except for Andi, who continually harps on the...

The Bachelorette Season 10, Episode 6
The Bachelorette European tour continues! It's a new week, a new country, and a new set of cultural traditions to be mangled by our ever-shrinking group of beautiful, desperate weirdos.

This week, Italy's on the menu, but there's something a little off about the festivities. You see, Andi has been to Italy. She knows the country and the culture (she doesn't seem to know any Italian, but you can't win 'em all). Certainly, this will give her a leg up among the menfolk, who float into Venice with talk of how the churches are totally awesome. Because if it's one thing Andi needs, it's a leg u...

For our fifth week of The Bachelorette (not counting last week's, which was basically a clip show), Andi's selection of male concubines has been pared down to just eleven. But with less contestants, it's now far cheaper for ABC to send the cast to France. So to France we must go!

As soon as the group arrives in Marseille, the stakes seem higher. Some of the menfolk have still not had any significant alone time with Andi, and for obvious reasons, they've begun mentally unraveling. Andi, meanwhile, is asked by our intrepid host Chris Harrison if she's considered the L word for any of these f...

Part Two of our four hour Bachelorette-stravaganza is here, and finally our lovesick fourteensome will be leaving the greater L.A. area. Now, they're headed for wintry Connecticut.

The Bacheloretteers love the change of scenery and they are loving their new digs. We've got men sharing hotel rooms. Men falling into warm, friendly embraces on the couch. Men squeezing themselves into a single tub to share a few drinks. Love is in the air! Also, Andi is probably around here somewhere.

This week, the first lucky man to experience the frozen Connecticut tundras will be Dylan. Makes sense; he'...

Tonight marks the first night in our all-star "The Bachelorette" two-part extravaganza! Which would explain why last night's episode aired on a Sunday, when most people are watching dignified cable dramas about American history or dragon-adjacent nudity.

But not us. We're kicking off tonight with the first of this season's exotic travel destinations: Santa Barbara. Which is an area of California slightly to the west of L.A, and an area so close, the guys can stay in the mansion for another week and just take a quick car ride out to Andi for date time.

The first man to take the commute o...

It's week two of the tenth season of "The Bachelorette," and already everyone's getting used to this bizarre little menage-a-twenty. For Andi, it's sunk in that yes, she really is "The Bachelorette." Meanwhile, the guys have a better grasp on life in a mansion of love, and the knowledge that they will steadily be erased from Andi's life based on their ability to seem dateable in extremely small doses.

And with that, we settle into the current Bachelorette routine. First comes the one-on-one date. Then, the group date. Then one-on-one number two. And who's the lucky fella who will receive s...

This year's "The Bachelorette" is off to a somber start.

Eric Hill, one of the many desperate-despite-their-good-looks men vying for the heart of Andi Dorfman, died in a paragliding accident in April, shortly after his time on "The Bachelorette" had ended. And this leaves ABC in a particularly sticky situation- how does one approach this season, knowing that one of these twenty-five men, who we're supposed to laugh at and cheer for and watch his shirt come off in basically every episode, has passed away?

"The Bachelorette" gives just a brief mention of Eric's passing. The season premiere ...

The "Picture Perfect Wedding" event is searching for couples with the most "picture perfect" love story. Today through October 28, Farmers is taking submissions via the company's Facebook page, after which the company will pick their three favorites.

David Spade Spoofs 'The Bachelor' In Hilarious Funny or Die Video 'The Honest Bachelor' (Watch It!)

Rules Of Engagement star David Spade dons a shaggy black wig in a weak attempt to look like The Bachelor Ben Flajnik in a hilarious new Funny or Die! video called "The Honest Bachelor".

The video integrates footage from the actual 'meeting' scene from this season of ABC's The Bachelor - where Ben met all the ladies who would be competing for his heart - with David filling in for Ben and addressing the ladies with some pretty straight-forward, honest (and downright hilarious) commentary.

Some of the 'honest' comments include: "Wow, I see so much desperation in this room..." and "I'm secret...

Could Denver's star quarterback be the next single man looking for love on The Bachelor? Host Chris Harrison asked Tim Tebow the question, and apparently the answer was yes! However, Harrison isn't so sure it's going to happen.

While co-hosting Extra, Harrison said "I've actually met Tim Tebow. I met him about becoming our next 'Bachelor.'" When asked what his answer was, Harrison somewhat cryptically offered "Well, they always say yes, but it never happens," before saying, "He’s a really good guy."

When host Kit Hoover pressed for an answer, Harrison relented. "He did say yes... but he w...
