Chris Pine and Jake Gyllenhaal are reportedly in talks to join Johnny Depp and Meryl Streep in the movie adaptation of Stephen Sondheim's Tony Award-winning musical Into The Woods.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the two actors will make their onscreen singing debuts if they sign on to play fairytale princes in the project.

The film, which will feature new Sondheim songs, will be shot in London this autumn (13).

The cast so far features Streep playing The Witch, Depp The Wolf and British comedian James Corden as The Baker.

Jake Gyllenhaal is in talks to replace Dominic Cooper in upcoming action movie "Motor City."

Cooper was initially cast as the lead in the project, about a recently-released felon intent of bringing the men who framed him to justice, but he was forced to drop out due to scheduling difficulties.

Gyllenhaal is now slated to lead the film, which will also star Gary Oldman and Amber Heard.

"Motor City" will be directed by Albert Hughes, one half of the Hughes Brothers, who directed "Menace II Society" and "The Book of Eli." It is scheduled for release in 2013.

Sometimes it feels like original ideas are against the rules in Hollywood; most of the movies that get made, even the good ones, are rehashes of the same old ideas. This year’s Best Picture winner, for instance, was a film about an unorthodox therapist who is able to help our protagonist when other therapists have failed.
