Richard Gere is the latest actor to join the star-studded line-up of honorees at the upcoming Palm Springs International Film Festival in California.

The Pretty Woman star is to be feted for his role in drama Arbitrage, which has already earned him a Golden Globes nomination, during the event in January.

Kevin Smith’s “Cop Out” turned out to be a delightful action comedy in the vein of typical buddy cop movies from the 80s and early 90s.
