'Olympus Has Fallen' Is Overkill At Its Best - And Lots Of Fun (Review)
Despite its plot-holes, continuity issues, and a color-by-number layout…this White House version of "Die Hard" is brutally intense and barbarically awesome!
Not much can be said other than there's more to President Asher's (Aaron Eckhart) issues than the usual flimflam between Republicans and Democrats. In what seems to be one of the year's most entertaining thrillers, "Olympus Has Fallen" raises the stakes when the nation's most protected structure is infiltrated by North Korean terrorists (aided by an American traitor) with an agenda to bring America down to her knees - and for quite som...

Director On '24' Movie: 'I Don’t Think It’s Gonna Happen At All'
Antoine Fuqua, the director linked to the big-screen version of 24, has cast his doubts that the film will ever be made.
Fuqua was chatting with Indiewire about his new film Olympus Has Fallen (which admittedly has a very 24-esque plot) when he was asked about the long-rumored film based on the FOX hit.
"Yeah, that’s not happening," says Fuqua. "I don’t think it’s gonna happen at all, definitely not with me. I met with Kiefer [Sutherland], Fox wanted to do it, it was a matter of his schedule before he went off to do his new show." That new show being Touch, which struggled in its season 2...

The life of rap mogul Marion 'Suge' Knight is to be the focus of a new documentary by Training Day director Antoine Fuqua.
The film will tell the story of the controversial Death Row Records co-founder covering his rise to fame, his time at the record label and the music era during his heyday.

Fuqua had been due to work on a biopic of hip-hop legend Tupac Shakur, but he exited the project earlier this year.

Antoine Fuqua Working On Tupac Shakur Biopic
Training Day director Antoine Fuqua is bringing slain rap legend Tupac Shakur's life story to the big screen.
The star's mother, Afeni Shakur, has been locked in a bitter battle with film production company Morgan Creek since November, 2008 after she reportedly backed out of negotiations to turn the rapper's life into a movie. The case was due to be heard in court this year but the two parties appear to have settled their differences after Fuqua confirmed he had been appointed to take charge of the biopic.

Gangs Protected The Set Of 'Brooklyn's Finest'
Director Antoine Fuqua recruited New York gang members to protect stars Richard Gere, Wesley Snipes, Don Cheadle and Ethan Hawke on the set of their new movie Brooklyn's Finest.
The movie follows a trio of drug cops in a rough New York neighborhood and was filmed on location in the deprived area of Brownsville. Fuqua admits he feared for the safety of his cast and crew during the shoot.
He tells WENN, "We would be filming and then you'd hear gunfire and people running up the street. It was very real to be around a lot of that stuff. We were protected by some gang members that we had rel...
