Jeff Daniels: Hope Not Lost For 'Dumb & Dumber' Sequel
Despite Jim Carrey quitting the planned project earlier this month, Jeff Daniels is hopeful a "Dumb & Dumber" sequel will eventually hit the big screen.
The highly-anticipated follow-up to the 1994 comedy about two dim-witted pals was confirmed by the Farrelly brothers in April, but the production has been stalled by continuous delays and lack of studio support for the film.
Carrey eventually walked away from the movie after growing "increasingly frustrated" by the project's lack of progress, but Daniels is optimistic the sequel will one day be made.

Farrelly Brothers Breathe New Life Into 'The Three Stooges' (Video)
First I must say that I have never been a fan of 'The Three Stooges.' Never watched them on TV way back when or understood their appeal. Slapstick, over the top comedy has never been my thing.
So you can imagine how much I was dreading seeing the Farrelly Brothers new film 'The Three Stooges.' Well guess what? To my surprise, I absolutely loved it and I LMAO.
This has a lot to do with the three actors portraying these guys. Moe (Chris Diamantopoulos) Larry (Sean Hayes) and Curly (Will Sasso) are absolutely spot on in bringing these iconic characters to life.

Trailer Talk: This Week In Movies - 'The Cabin In The Woods,' 'Three Stooges' & More
My high hopes for the fourth “American Pie” movie were dashed after I saw “American Reunion.” There was plenty of 90s nostalgia and some of the trademark humor that you love from the franchise, but on the whole the film was pretty depressing. For more of my thoughts, check out the full review.
Dropping in at the box office this week are the Joss Whedon penned horror film “The Cabin in the Woods,” the modern-day take on a classic comedy trio in “The Three Stooges,” the action packed sci-fi movie “Lockout,” the African American kidnapping thriller “Woman Thou Art Loosed: On the 7th Day,” ...

The buddy comedy "Hall Pass" from the Farrelly brothers stars Jason Sudeikis and Owen Wilson as a couple of married guys who persuade their wives to give them the ultimate "get out of jail free" card: a marriage "hall pass."
The agreement gives them free reign to behave like bachelors -- free from the rules and confines of fidelity, responsibility, and married life -- for one week. But soon the guys find that the small town where everybody knows them -- and their wives -- isn't very conducive to chasing tail.
And making matters worse, it turns out to be harder than they thought to accept ...

Review: The Farrelly Brothers Give Husbands a Hilarious Reality Check in ‘Hall Pass’
If you have been a married man for a long time, occasionally you may look at a pretty young thing walking down the street, and fantasize about being single again. You may believe that without “the old ball and chain” you could be living it up. The filmmaking duo Peter and Bobby Farrelly, will give you a hilarious reality check in their comedy “Hall Pass” though.

Q&A: The Farrelly Brothers Talk 'Hall Pass,' 'Three Stooges,' Drugs In the 70s & More
Brothers Peter and Bobby Farrelly burst onto the scene in the 1990s, directing gut-busting tales like “Dumb and Dumber,” “Kingpin,” and “There’s Something About Mary.” Their films ushered in a new breed of romantic comedy that was not afraid to use slapstick humor and gross-out gags to elicit laughs. Thanks to their trailblazing, raunchy movies by directors like Judd Apatow and Todd Philips, have enjoyed increasing mainstream success in recent years.

Review: One Way Or Another, We All Score With 'Hall Pass'
Before I start on ‘HALL PASS,’ I’d like to start this review by saying this: I always root for the underdog and when finding out Writer Pete Jones is behind this film, I needed to give it my respect and undivided attention. I’m sure most reading this may be asking “Why would someone by the name of Pete Jones matter whether you’ll watch this film or not?” Okay, I’ll tell you… Chicago native Pete Jones is a man which stands on his own when visually defining someone who beat the odds in a business among challenging thousands, and through the roughest of terrain while maintaining his own, the m...

Peter Farrelly tells CinemaBlend.com, "We always thought Andy Samberg looks a little like he could play Larry and Johnny Knoxville is a real-life stooge. He's a real-life Moe."

Movie Remakes: 'Heartbreak Kid' Fails While Others Have Succeeded
The Heartbreak Kid, the latest collaboration between Ben Stiller and the Farrelly brothers, debuted in second place this past weekend with a modest $14 million haul at the box office. The last Stiller-Farrelly project, 1998's There's Something About Mary, pulled in $176.5 million that year.
The film has been widely panned by critics as less enjoyable than the 1972 original, which starred Cybill Shepherd as the dream girl. Fortunately, not all movie remakes end in disaster and box office disappointment. A few that worked:
