Drummer and former DJ Damien 'The D-Man' Fahey was born on June 11, 1980, in Longmeadow, Mass. He graduated from Longmeadow high and was majoring in communication studies at Northeastern University when he got a part-time DJ position with KISS 108. While working there, he was discovered by MTV and replaced Carson Daly as VJ for "Total Request Live." Damien has appeared on the television shows "Your Movie Show," "Love Monkey" and "The Tony Danza Shows" and lent his voice to the animated film "Robots." He is also involved with the children charities "Do Something," "Musicians on Call" and "UNICEF."
MTV VJ and TV host Damien Fahey began his career as a DJ for a college station in Massachusetts. He was eventually hired at KISS FM Boston, where he was discovered by casting agents at MTV.
