Danny DeVito is speaking out about his recent boozing controversy, insisting he wasn't drunk when he appeared on TV show "The View." Speaking about the appearance publicly for the first time last night, the pint-sized star told movie executive-turned-talk show host Michael Eisner he was just tired and joking when he sat on TV presenter Rosie O'Donnell's lap and seemed to be drunk after a night out with George Clooney.
